About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Superscript at an exciting stage of growth. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented, and driven Account Executive to support the management and renewal of complex insurance programmes, with a particular focus on high-growth and fintech clients.
What you'll get up to:
This role will play a key part in delivering a seamless renewal experience, ensuring policies remain competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with the evolving risk profiles of innovative businesses. Working closely with Account Executives and underwriters, you will support renewal negotiations, manage mid-term adjustments, prepare market presentations, and ensure clients receive expert guidance throughout the policy lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, highly organised team player with exceptional attention to detail. You will be confident supporting sophisticated, fast-scaling clients, particularly within the fintech ecosystem and comfortable navigating complex risk placements. A strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs will be essential.
We are looking for someone motivated to build a long-term career in insurance broking, with a keen interest in developing technical expertise across emerging risk areas affecting fintech and technology driven businesses.
About you:
2+ years’ experience in broking, account handling, or underwriting.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, particularly within tech, media, or financial lines, including D&O, PI, cyber, and crime.
Well regarded by underwriters within the UK/London insurance market.
Proven track record of delivering successful renewals, ideally with a focus on fintech or related industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
