About the roleÂ
Superscript is on the lookout for a Programme Manager to deliver high-quality projects efficiently, working across multiple cross-functional projects to achieve key company objectives.
Reporting to our Operations and Delivery Lead, you’ll be a key part in delivering high-quality projects with efficiency.

- Be a communication champion, effectively conveying project status and delivery expectations to all stakeholders
- Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies, clearing the path for seamless delivery

- Maintain crystal-clear priorities, ensuring laser focus on what truly matters
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity and efficiency across projects and initiatives
- Thrive in ambiguity, simplifying complexity and driving delivery with unwavering determinationÂ
About you
- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management
- Insurance industry experience is essential, with commercial insurance experience highly valued
- A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple concurrent projects
- Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent qualifications in Agile methodologies are a plus; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to navigating ambiguity
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to prioritise delivery through strong relationships and influence
- The courage to challenge conventional thinking and innovate when necessary
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to align work with overarching goals and initiatives
- A curious and proactive nature, always ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real difference! Â
