We understand that applying for a new job is a big thing, so we've added some frequently asked questions to help you along the way.

You'll be sent an auto-reply to let you know we've got your application. If you don’t receive one, be sure to check your spam folder. We get a lot of applications, so we can't give individual feedback at this stage.

Most of our interview processes are streamlined to be 3-4 stages consisting of: Video screen, role-related skills and behaviours interview, technical test/case study and a final stage with more of the team.

We will get back to you ASAP with our decision and we will always provide feedback, no matter the outcome. If the hiring team give you the thumbs up we'll give you a call and tell you the good news plus your next steps.

Of course! We have an option to connect with us here, which means you can send us your details and you'll be the first to hear about new roles as they become available.

We try not to use agencies for hiring as we have a rockstar in house team, however on occasion will will reach out to our PSL to ask them for help. This is reviewed every 6 months, if you'd like to be considered as a recruitment partner, you can email your details to talent@gosuperscript.com

We’re all for tools that make life easier. But we also believe in authenticity. AI can be a great support — proofreading your CV? Absolutely. Answering interview questions for you? Not our thing.
As a neuroinclusive employer, we want you to bring your whole self to work. Before your interview, we’ll check if you need any reasonable adjustments. If you’re planning to use AI tools, like for note-taking, just let us know in advance so we can support you.
